Grupo Siber is the leading manufacturer of mechanical ventilation systems in Spain and Portugal for the residential market, having expanded its operations through continuous innovation and a product offering aimed at achieving fully energy-efficient homes.
Its focus is on energy efficiency, health, and comfort as added value propositions, leveraging its technological capabilities and market knowledge.
During its five years as the majority shareholder, Quarza significantly contributed to expanding Grupo Siber’s market share, making it the undisputed leader in its niche. To achieve this, internal production capacities were notably increased, especially in the ventilation equipment segment (from manufacturing 3% in 2019 to 95% in 2023 of the equipment sold), as well as commercial capacities. This transformation allowed the group to improve margins and service levels, despite the various factors that significantly affected the Spanish real estate market during this period.
