In relation to the obligation to prepare an Engagement Policy, as set out in Article 47 ter of Law 5/2021, which amends the revised text of the Spanish Companies Act, Quarza Estrategias de Inversión SCR, S.A.U. has decided not to prepare such a policy, given that it is constituted by a sole shareholder.
