With a commercial presence in over 75 countries, it has established itself as one of the European references in its segment, backed by in-house engineering, a modular manufacturing model and a combined network of distributors and direct sales.
Quarza has invested in Frumecar to support the next phase of the project’s growth, backing the management team, led by a CEO who has been with the company for over 18 years, in the execution of its strategic plan. The investment provides the human, operational and financial resources needed to consolidate the group’s growth and reinforce its position as one of the references in the sector. The transaction preserves the brand, the Murcia headquarters and the management team, and reflects Quarza’s commitment to accompanying the project over the long term.
